COLIQUE NEPHRETIQUE

Prise en charge

• AINS parentéral :Ketoprofène mg en IM si CI : Morphine 1 amp de 10 mg en SC
• Restriction hydrique
• Tamiser l’urine pour analyse
• Poursuivre par kétoprofène suppo ou per os etantispamodique simple
• Explorations : échographie des voies urinaires, Rx ASP, ECBU
• Consultation spécialisée d’un urologue.
